Friends & Patrons

You don't have to live in Pensacola to be a member of our family. Members of the Friends and Patrons of the Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel contribute weekly, monthly, or annually to support the Basilica's outreach as an authentic Catholic voice in the heart of downtown Pensacola, Florida as well as the Basilica's online presence presenting formation and evangelization in film. 

Parishioners of the Basilica are already understood to be our most dedicated patrons through their weekly and sometimes daily support of the Basilica's mission. However, as Friends and Patrons of the Basilica, you will be a crucial part of ensuring that the voice and the mission of the Catholic Church are communicated.

Friends of the Basilica

$100 Individual Annual Membership

$250 Family Annual Membership

As a Friend of the Basilica, you become a part of our parish family. Though not registered parishioners, you are plugged in to our Liturgies, our ministries, and our plans as a parish. Your spiritual and financial participation will bring new vitality to the Basilica parish.

Welcome letter to the Basilica Family

Special "Friends of the Basilica Welcome" Packet

Invitation to participate in Basilica Pilgrimages

Annual Mass intention for your family

Intentions offered at Christmas and Easter Basilica Liturgies

Weekly Basilica bulletin delivered electronically (if desired)

Patrons of the Basilica:

As a Patron of the Basilica, you are part of a community dedicated to supporting our Catholic outreach and our mission. The Patrons are also an important part of preserving our historic church and buildings.  

Angel Patron:

$500 Individual Annual Membership

$750 Family Annual Membership

Membership includes all of the "Friends of the Basilica" benefits plus:

"Patron of the Basilica" pin according to level of membership

Special acknowledgment in our bulletin (if desired)

Your name included on our Patron's page of the website (if desired)

Archangel Patron:

$1,000 Individual Annual Membership

$1,500 Family Annual Membership

Membership includes all of the "Angel Patron" benefits plus:

Patron's Welcome Gift

Exclusive Patrons Tour of the Basilica of St. Michael with handpicked guide

Acknowledgement by name at our annual ministries dinner (if desired)  

Cherubim Patron:

$2,000 Individual Annual Membership

$2,500 Family Annual Membership

Membership includes all of the "Archangel Patron" benefits plus:

Reserved parking (1 space) for Christmas or Easter Liturgy 

(must be requested pending availability from other Patrons)

Personal visit to St. Michael's historic cemetery

Seraphim Patron:

$3,000 Individual Annual Membership

$5,000 Family Annual Membership

Membership includes all of the "Cherubim Patron" benefits plus:

Private dinner for you and your immediate family at St. Michael's historic Rectory

The membership fee is a tax deductible donation used for the restoration of our historic buildings and in support of the Basilica's ongoing ministries. We invite you to become a member today and experience the blessings that come from helping others experience the message of the Gospel and Catholic teaching.

Upon completion of the online membership form, you can mail your donation to the Basilica office or you can  make your membership donation online.
